The Plunge is the #1 online destination for grooms; a lifestyle website (with a focus on weddings) that gives guys the advice and the tools to be better grooms, better husbands, and better men. “The Big Ask” was a new section to the site that I spearheaded. There aren’t many resources for grooms when it comes to “popping the question.” It’s either done to death (restaurant proposal) or totally overboard (flash mob). Here, I tried to create a middle ground that was original, thoughtful, and achievable. The goal wasn’t so much for grooms to copy these note for note, but to be inspired and put their own personal take on them.
